I ordered hoping to grab a few things I really needed, but the main items were out of stock. I probably should’ve checked around more before bothering, because now I’m left feeling like I wasted my time.

I felt kind of embarrassed by how annoyed I got just trying to order coffee, but the whole process was rough. The pages were loading slowly, the menu kept jumping around, and the cart didn’t update right away, so I couldn’t tell what I had added. Checkout on my phone was clunky too. I had to retype my info twice, and when I hit the back button, it messed everything up. At that point I just gave up and bought coffee somewhere else.

I really wanted to like the decaf, but it just tasted kind of flat and a bit stale... not very fresh or flavorful...

Overall I did like the coffee, but for my setup it was a little mixed. Some of the bags came out better in my drip machine, and with the French press not so much, the results were kind of different. The grind info also I wish was more clear, because before ordering I had to guess a bit. Flavor was still decent, and shipping was fine too. Just would be nicer if they made it easier to tell which coffee works best with which brew method.

The only thing that bugged me was the lack of payment options. It’s fine if you’re using a regular card, but if you want something else, it feels a little limited. I also got the vibe that the process kind of assumes you’re being difficult for wanting another option, which made me feel a bit talked down to

The shirt fits okay, though it’s a little tighter than I expected. It’s wearable and feels fine for a while. But wow, after a few hours I really wished it had a bit more stretch or softness.

The coffee itself was okay, and shipping was perfectly fine, but I have to say it’s frustrating that the roast date isn’t easy to find before ordering. For a coffee site, that feels like basic information people should be able to see upfront. I’d really like to know whether I’m getting fresh beans before I buy, not after the bag shows up. Overall, not a terrible experience, but they really need to be clearer about roast dates

I’ll be honest, I expected a stronger boost from the caffeine. It’s not a bad product, and I don’t want to be unfair about it, but if something is marketed as giving you energy, I feel like it should actually come through a bit more. Decent enough, just not as effective as I hoped.

Like i said, the roast was decent, just not anything amazing. I picked up a medium bag, and some cups came out really smooth, while others tasted kind of flat or a little overdone. Like i said, it’s not bad coffee for the price, I just expected the roast to be more consistent...

I tried using their discount code a couple of times, but for some reason it wouldn’t apply at checkout. I reached out to support, and while they did eventually respond, it took a bit longer than I hoped. I ended up paying full price, which was a little disappointing, though the overall experience wasn’t terrible.

The packaging itself seemed fine, so it’s not even about that. The problem is the item still showed up with the corners all smashed, which was disappointing.

Customer support took a little while to respond, but everything got sorted out without much hassle. I’d probably recommend them if you want a return process that’s simple and not too stressful.

So... they do have a fair amount of coffee and a few fun flavors, which is nice. I just thought there would be a little more to choose from, especially when it comes to different roasts or bundle options. A few things felt similar while I was browsing, but I still found something worth trying. I’d probably check back later if they add more variety.

I ordered a couple bags of coffee and a mug from Badass Coffee Store. The coffee showed up exactly as expected, but the mug was a different color than the one I picked.
